Tim Cook lamented that people use technology too much, yet keeps cranking out new shiny products that become more and more heavy handed in their control of human minds.

Tim Cook has expressed concerns about the negative effects of too much technology use, particularly on children. In a 2021 interview with Bustle, he said,

“I’ve always thought that technology should serve humanity and not the other way around. And I always worried about people using technology too much.”

He also said that he doesn’t want to see his nephew using social media and that he believes tech usage in schools should be limited.

In a 2023 interview with GQ, Cook reiterated his concerns about technology addiction, saying,

“I’m fundamentally worried that people are using technology too much.”

We are visual learners because we learn best by seeing information. We remember things better when we can see them, and we are more likely to be influenced when they are presented visually. This is because our brains are wired to process visual information more efficiently than other types of information.

Notice the trend of technology to overtake our perceptions of reality.

It appears that Apple and other technology companies will not stop until their ability to completely influence our reality is fully saturated.

Its a way technology companies can program kids without a parent even having the chance at glancing at the programming.

If you’re concerned about price being a blocker to this type of programming, just remember, Apple makes it popular, Google and others make it cheap because they sell opportunities to program people to advertisers and other agenda-pushers.

More tech, more places, less connection with reality, less peace of mind.

Please notice that even the name of the headset is Vision Pro—which communicates that anything less than using their hardware is less than pro, less than cool.

There’s hope.

If you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, taking a break from your everyday routine and spending some time in nature can be a great way to cleanse your mind and body.

There are many ways to get some nature cleansing. You could go for a walk in the park, hike in the woods, or simply sit on your porch and enjoy the fresh air. Spending time in nature can help you to relax, de-stress, and reconnect with your inner peace.

When you’re in nature, take some time to notice the sights, sounds, and smells around you. Pay attention to the trees, flowers, birds, and other animals. Let the beauty of nature wash away your worries and cares.

Nature is a powerful healer. It can help to reduce stress, improve your mood, and boost your immune system. If you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, make time for some nature cleansing. It’s good for your mind, body, and soul.

Take some time to especially connect with a person you care about, in person, away from distractions, away from devices. It’ll be a sacrosanct time.
